Open to the Public

2027 Planning Sessions

Join us in person or on Zoom each month between now and the Festival on April 24, 2027, to share ideas and plan an unforgettable event that celebrates Earth and builds community. Our in-person planning meetings are on the second Saturday from 1 to 2:30 pm in Curtis Memorial Library and our Zoom meetings are at 6 pm on the Monday evening after each Saturday session.

Whether you were involved last year and ready to become one of our core volunteers or just want to swing by to meet people and see what makes the Festival so special, everyone is welcome!

October in-person and Zoom planning sessions are canceled due to unexpected travel plans. Fred will be checking email and welcomes messages with ideas to share at earthdaybrunswick@gmail.com. We anticipate returning to the regular schedule in November for both an in-person and a virtual (Zoom) planning session.
