Festival Program
Advertise to everyone who attends the Festival by buying an ad in the Festival program.

Questions and Answers
What is the deadline for being included in the Resource Guide every month?
The last Thursday of each month is the deadline to be included in the next month's Resource Guide. A new edition of the Resource Guide is released on the first Monday of each month.
When will the Resource Guide start to be published?
A "beta" version of the Resource Guide (for public feedback on the usability and content) is available now. The first "release" version will be published on Monday, April 6.
What is the deadline for buying an ad in the Festival Program?
Monday, March 30, is the deadline to submit a full-page ad in the Festival Program. Monday, April 6, is the deadline to submit a quarter page or half-page ad.
What format do ads need to be in?
If color fidelity is important to you, use CMYK not RGB color. We accept any image format, but vector formats like PDF or SVG reproduce the best. Submit raster images (JPG, PNG, etc.) at 350 dots per inch or higher resolution for best quality. The Festival Program will be 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall. Ads must provide a 0.25" border on each page, so a full-page ad is 5" wide by 8" tall, a half-page ad is 5" wide by 4" tall, and a quarter-page ad is 2.5" wide by 4" tall. The Resource Guide is published online. You may submit two versions of your ad, one optimized for online viewing and one for printing. If you submit only one version, submit the version optimized for printing.
If I'm renting a table or tent space to exhibit at the Festival, is an ad included?
Yes, a standard "Find us at the Festival" quarter-page ad is included with every exhibit sponsorship. Provide us with your business name, logo, website address, and a brief description of what you'll be exhibiting and we will produce and place this quarter-page ad in the Resource Guide for a full year and in the Festival Program at no additional cost. If you'd like to expand to a half-page or full-page ad, you may do so. See the Exhibit Sponsor page for details.
