Showcase Your Business
We are past our reservation deadline, but we are still accepting exhibit applications. We will let you know whether we can accommodate your business, and we will do our best to fit in everyone who wants to be at the Festival.
Rent an indoor table or outdoor tent space to showcase your products and services at the Festival. Connect with highly motivated customers who are seeking Earth-friendly solutions to meet their needs.
Exhibit pricing
Choose a full-size or half-size exhibit—table or tent, your choice—at the same price whether you are indoors or outdoors.
- $250 full-size exhibit (full indoor table or 10' x 20' outdoor space with room for a 10' x 10' tent plus demonstration area)
- $125 half-size exhibit (half indoor table shared with another exhibitor or 10' x 10' outdoor tent space)
All business exhibit sponsorship packages include a standard "Find Us at the Festival" program ad and an annual listing in the Resource Guide.
Indoor table
Each full table is six feet long with two chairs. Tables are bare, no draping. Electricity is available on request. WiFi will be provided to all business exhibitors. Half-table exhibitors share a six-foot table with another business exhibitor.
Outdoor tent space
Bring your own tent to set up outside the school for visibility and the ability to demonstrate outdoor products or services such as solar modules, electric vehicles, electric power tools, composting, and more. You provide your own tent, tables, chairs, and other equipment. Please note: you may not secure tents with stakes; use sandbags or milk jugs filled with water to hold down your tent.
Advertising Included
Every exhibitor receives program advertising and a Resource Guide business listing.
- Included in the Festival Program: a standard quarter-page “Find us at the Festival” ad (2.5" wide x 4" tall) that we typeset for you, with a high-resolution version of your logo, your business name, short description, and website URL. It appears in the printed program (when materials meet the print deadline), the online Festival Program, and you are recognized in the sponsor gallery at the event.
- Resource Guide: a complimentary annual business listing (name, short description, link)—separate from the program ad.
Advertising Upgrades (Optional)
As an exhibitor, you can upgrade your advertising in the Festival Program. Choose an ad size and provide your own print-ready artwork.
- $50 upgrade to a half-page ad (5" wide x 4" tall)—replaces the standard quarter-page ad in the Festival Program.
- $100 upgrade to a full-page ad (5" wide x 8" tall)—replaces the standard quarter-page ad in the Festival Program.
Questions and Answers
Where in Harriet Beecher Stowe Elementary School will indoor tables be set up?
Business exhibits and non-profit displays and activities will be in the gym.
Where will outdoor tents be set up?
We will have several areas clearly marked off where you can set up your tent. All tent spaces will have good visibility for people coming and going to the Festival, including everyone who participates in the All Species Parade. A map of the school grounds will be provided to all exhibitors and participants in early April showing the exact locations of all Festival elements. Please note: you may not secure tents with stakes; please use sandbags or milk jugs filled with water to hold down your tent.
Will I have the opportunity to give a free talk or presentation at the Festival?
Packages that include a cafeteria stage slot (including major sponsors when offered) can give a 30-minute talk or presentation from the cafeteria stage. If you want to give a talk or presentation, include the title and subject matter in the email you send us with your program ad materials (see the sponsor packet). We will do our best to accommodate and promote all speakers. If enough time slots remain, other exhibitors may be able to present on a first-come, first-served basis—ask when you register.
When is set up?
Set up is Saturday morning, April 25, 2026. Doors will open around 8 a.m. By April 11 (two weeks before the event) we will update the sponsor packet with the exact time for set up. Outdoor exhibitors should be ready for the Festival start at 10 a.m.; details will be confirmed in the packet.
As an exhibitor, how will my business appear in the Resource Guide and Festival Program?
All business exhibitors receive:

- Resource Guide: a complimentary annual business listing (not a program-style ad).
- Optional upgrades ($50 / $100): provide print-ready artwork for a half-page or full-page ad in the Festival Program, replacing the standard quarter-page ad there.

How will business exhibits and non-profit displays and activities be organized in the gym?
The overall theme of the Festival will be "Seven Pathways to Sustainable Living" with Festival attendees encouraged to explore each pathway: Community, Food, Water, Movement (Transportation), Energy, Goods (Materials, Waste, and Recycling), and Habitat (Buildings and Land).
