Each full table is six feet long with two chairs. Tables are bare, no draping. Electricity is available on request. WiFi will be provided to all business exhibitors. Half-table exhibitors share a six-foot table with another business exhibitor.
Bring your own tent to set up outside the school for visibility and the ability to demonstrate outdoor products or services such as solar modules, electric vehicles, electric power tools, composting, and more. You provide your own tent, tables, chairs, and other equipment. Please note: you may not secure tents with stakes; use sandbags or milk jugs filled with water to hold down your tent.
Every exhibitor receives a listing in the Festival Program and an annual listing in the Resource Guide. Listings are an opportunity to list your name, a short description of your business, and a link to your website.
Exhibitors can add a full-color ad in the Festival Program on top of the included listings.

Business exhibits and non-profit displays and activities will be in the gym.
We will have several areas clearly marked off where you can set up your tent. All tent spaces will have good visibility for people coming and going to the Festival, including everyone who participates in the All Species Parade. A map of the school grounds will be provided to all exhibitors and participants in early April showing the exact locations of all Festival elements. Please note: you may not secure tents with stakes; please use sandbags or milk jugs filled with water to hold down your tent.
Setup for the 2027 Festival will be on Festival morning, with details provided in the sponsor packet closer to the event.

The overall theme of the Festival will be “Seven Pathways to Sustainable Living” with Festival attendees encouraged to explore each pathway: Community, Food, Water, Movement (Transportation), Energy, Goods (Materials, Waste, and Recycling), and Habitat (Buildings and Land).
