Questions and Answers

When is the deadline for becoming a major sponsor?

  • Monday, February 9, is the deadline for Headline, Category, and Sustaining Sponsors to be listed by name on the Festival poster.
  • Monday, March 30, is the deadline for all sponsors to include a full-page ad in the Festival Program and reserve a full table or tent space at the Festival.

Can we become a major sponsor with an in-kind contribution rather than a cash payment?

Up to 50% of your sponsorship may be provided with an in-kind contribution of goods or services, at the discretion of the Festival organizers.

Who are you soliciting to be major sponsors?

We are inviting local Maine businesses serving the communities of Bath, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Brunswick, Durham, Freeport, Harpswell, Lisbon, Pownal, Topsham, West Bath, and Woolwich to consider sponsoring the Festival.

If we sponsor the 2026 Festival, will we have priority to sponsor the 2027 Festival?

Yes, all of our major sponsors for the 2026 Festival will have a right of first refusal to become major sponsors of the 2027 and 2028 Festivals. For all three years, we anticipate having a similar number of major sponsors, limited to one Headline Sponsor and less than four Category Sponsors.
