When is the deadline for becoming a major sponsor?
Major sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To express interest now email earthdaybrunswick@gmail.com or to submit an application, visit Apply for Sponsorship. We will work with you and your team to develop a promotional package and calendar that best meets your needs.
Can we become a major sponsor with an in-kind contribution rather than a cash payment?
Up to 50% of your sponsorship may be provided with an in-kind contribution of goods or services. We reserve the right to determine if the in-kind contribution is appropriate for the level of sponsorship you are interested in.
Who are you soliciting to be major sponsors?
We are inviting local Maine businesses serving the communities of Arrowsic, Bath, Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Brunswick, Durham, Freeport, Georgetown, Harpswell, Lisbon, Pownal, Topsham, West Bath, and Woolwich to consider sponsoring the Festival.
If we sponsored the 2026 Festival, will we have priority for 2027?
Yes. Major sponsors of the 2026 Festival have a right of first refusal for major sponsorship of the 2027 and 2028 Festivals. Availability for 2027 is limited to one Keystone Sponsor, up to four Cornerstone Sponsors, up to eight Pillar Sponsors, and up to sixteen Truss Sponsors.
