This page is for businesses that have already purchased an advertising or exhibiting package. It explains how to submit program ad materials on time.

Exhibit and Advertise at the Festival
Your sponsorship package may include space for an exhibit at the Festival or it may be advertising only.
- Exhibit at the Festival. All exhibitor packages include a standard quarter-page ad in the Festival Program and a complimentary annual business listing in the Resource Guide (listings are not display ads). You may upgrade to a print-ready half-page or full-page ad in the Festival Program if you choose.
- Advertise without exhibiting. You provide a full-color, print-ready ad file at the size you purchased (quarter, half, or full page).

The printed program page is 5.5" x 8.5"; ads are inset with a quarter-inch margin on all sides. Design to the exact sizes above—no bleed.
Exhibit space and Festival day
Exhibit space
Your exhibiting package is either a full space or a half space, indoors or outdoors.
- Indoor full space: a 6' table (no draping) and two chairs set up for you in the gym.
- Indoor half space: you split a 6' table with another business exhibitor or non-profit organization.
- Outdoor full space: a 10' x 20' area allocated for you outside. You provide your own tent, table, chairs, benches, and other equipment.
- Outdoor half space: a 10' x 10' tent space. You provide your own tent, table, chairs, benches, and other equipment.
Set up
Set up is Saturday morning, April 25, 2026. Doors will open around 8 a.m. for set up. By April 11 (two weeks before the event) we will update this packet with the exact time for set up.
Take down
Take down will be after 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, April 25.
Weather
The event is rain or shine. If you are exhibiting outdoors, take precautions for any kind of weather.
What to send us
Standard exhibitor piece (included)
Email the following—we lay out your standard quarter-page Festival Program ad for you. Your complimentary annual Resource Guide entry is a separate business listing using the same text and URL (not a program ad).
- Your logo (high resolution: 300 DPI minimum; PNG, SVG, EPS, or print-quality PDF preferred; avoid low-res web-only logos)
- Business name, exactly as you want it printed
- Short description (150 characters maximum)—what you do or what attendees will find at your booth
- Optional website URL
- Optional: one sentence about what you’ll be doing at your booth (booth activity)
Full-color print-ready ad
For an exhibitor upgrade (half or full page) or ad-only sponsorship, send one print-ready file at the exact dimensions for your size (see table above).
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- Color: CMYK preferred; RGB accepted
- Formats: PDF (preferred), PNG, TIFF, SVG, or high-resolution JPEG
- No bleed; artwork must be self-contained and print-ready
Artwork must be print-ready: we will not modify, resize, or edit your file. Size and proof it before sending.
Deadline and how to submit
Submission deadline for the printed program: Monday, April 6, 2026. Late submissions cannot be guaranteed placement in the printed Festival Program.
Ads and sponsor recognition submitted after April 6 will appear in the online Festival Program, and your business will be included in the sponsor gallery at the event.

Include your preferred contact information so we can confirm receipt quickly.
- Standard exhibitor ad: attach logo and put copy (name, description, URL) in the email body or attachments as you prefer.
- Print-ready upgrade or ad-only: attach your ad file at the correct size.
- Cafeteria stage talk (if included in your package): include the proposed title and subject matter in the same email or a follow-up to the same address.
Cafeteria stage talks
Some sponsorship packages include the opportunity to give a 30-minute talk or presentation from the cafeteria stage inside. If you want to give a talk or presentation, include the title and subject matter in the email you send us. We will do our best to accommodate and promote all speakers.
Policies
- Exhibitor packages and advertising can be purchased on the Sponsor pages or by contacting Fred directly. Payment is due before the submission deadline. Requests for exhibit space are considered as capacity allows—email Fred.
- We will confirm when your materials are received and usable. If you do not hear back within two business days, please email again or text (207) 387-1787.
- If we do not receive materials in time, we will still list your business name and booth location (for exhibitors) as plain text, without logo or full description.
